this photo was taken by steve McCurry. it makes you feel sad as the little boy is crying, whats even worse is how he is holding a gun to his head, it makes you think what is he going to do? What is he feeling? The image doesnt go into much detail but as you can see it leaves you thinking a lot, the background gives the impression that he doesn’t live in a nice place, and his clothes are dirty. we automatically wonder why is this child crying with what look like real tears. It grabs your attention as its not something you would see everyday

steve Mccurry tends to take unexpected photos, for example his image “Afghan Girl” is a woman who was just looking in his direction at the time and he took the image, and from then that image has become one of his best pieces of work as it was in the New York Times newspaper
