Two days. Two defining conversations. One shared vision for the future of Soft FM.
Farnek Services LLC and HITEK AI was proud to contribute to the Clean Middle East Conference (CMEC) 2026, held on 23–24 September at JW Marriott Marina, Dubai.
On Day 1, Julian Khalil, Managing Director of Farnek, joined the discussion on “ESG Reporting for Soft FM Providers – Measuring and Communicating Environmental Impact.” The session explored how providers can strengthen ESG reporting through better data, carbon measurement, resource efficiency, digital technology and greater transparency for clients.
On Day 2, Danish Bukhari, Project Lead at HITEK AI, Farnek’s technology and innovation division, took part in “Can AI Replace Experience? The Human Debate in Cleaning & FM.”
Danish highlighted a central principle behind the practical use of Agentic AI in FM: it is not one standalone product, but an operational layer that helps teams manage evidence, identify issues, improve quality and safety compliance, and coordinate complex, multi-site operations.
From FHU robots supporting onsite teams at Dubai Airports, to AI-led photographic evidence reviews across more than 16,000 assets for a GCC port operator, the message was clear:
AI structures the evidence. Qualified people validate it. Accountability remains human.
