We've been teaching people to ride camels in the Dubai desert for years. We talk about balance, posture, connection, technique.
But this is what people actually come back and tell us.

Something shifts out there. In the quiet of the desert, on the back of an animal that won't pretend with you — people find something they weren't looking for.

Here is what an actual lesson includes from the moment you arrive:

1. Meet the camels - our coaches will assign you a camel and explain how to introduce yourself to the camel before getting on.
Arrive early to also take part in some saddling.

2. The walk - get used to the rocking motion and find your balance in our blanket saddles. Learn how to trust camels.

3. The trot - this is where the fun part starts. We will make sure you’ll have a first trot, where balance, the right sitting position are key. For now, you’re still attached to your guide so you can focus on the seat, and he can focus on the speed.

4. After the 1 hour class, time to reward the camel and remove all his gear - especially in the evening, they are eager to go and have their last feed.

5. Enjoy tea - a little time to hangout with other riders and exchange ideas and plan the next lesson over a cup of tea.
