My Art is a Passage

Between the ethereal and the tangible, the abstract and the familiar, the whispers of the subconscious and the quiet presence of nature. It is where lines unravel thoughts, where colors breathe emotions, where form and formlessness meet in a dance of transformation. Flowing lines, untamed yet intentional, become a map of the mind’s landscapes—an alchemy of emotions, rewiring,

and release. Journaling in abstraction, I paint the echoes of fleeting thoughts, the rhythm of change, the silent dialogues between past and present. These works are both inquiry and surrender, a meditative act of reshaping what lies within.

These meditation roses were painted using neurographics techniques, where every line and curve is created with intention, presence, and gentle focus. The petals of the rose act as meditation absorbers—each one receiving, holding, and softly dissolving your thoughts, emotions, and inner noise.

Mini practice:
Begin at the centre of the rose. Let your attention rest there and notice one thought, feeling, or sensation. As your eyes move slowly into the first petal, allow that thought to release—without judgment, without effort. Continue petal by petal, moving around the rose, letting each petal absorb whatever arises.

When you feel complete, you may close the meditation whenever your mind feels lighter. If you wish to go deeper, begin again—moving from the centre outward or from the outer petals back toward the centre. Trust the rhythm that feels right for you.

This is an active, gentle daily practice, inviting calm through movement and awareness. It can also be offered as a meaningful gift—an artwork that carries intention, presence, and care—for people like you who truly matter. 🌹
