0,8 cL Pedro Ximenez Sherry vinegar 12 cL Homemade Earl Grey soda

Homemade Earl Grey Soda Preparation:
Rinse 20g of Earl Grey tea, then let it cold infuse for 12 hours in 60 cL of filtered water. Strain the mixture, add 1g of citric acid, and carbonate.

Step-by-step Instructions:
Take a pre-chilled tumbler glass, add the Remix grenadine and then the vinegar. Fill with ice cubes, and top up with the soda. Stir with a spoon, and place a lemon wedge on top.
