Lesson; to crowded

Many often ram the braai full of chicken thighs, ribs, sausages, salmon en papillote ...
It should be there all at once, it all has to be grilled at once and of course all to be served and eaten at the same time.

This is too much pressure on the grill and you resulting in burned good.
This is a very stressful way of cooking often used by "webers".

It's a shame as bbq'ing is a time to take time for yourself, your friends and your food. First your friends..

Lesson; HEAT

One of the most common mistakes in barbecue is throwing the meat too quickly on the grill. The stabilization of the temperature is essential. And remember here again………slow cooking is the key. For a beginner it is very useful to use a core thermometer. The more you do it, the more you can do it by feeling……..
Needless to say, when you are a Goats Don't Shaver you start with the "feeling" part and poke with your finger to get the temperature sense.....
