This Saturday, we are back to our summer indoor parking space fully Sectyfied with our special sound & light install that will be home for the next months.

We are excited to expand to takeover 2 rooms for our community with tone of space to dance, walk around, hang out, let go and be together. We appreciate the support to our small team, that as always works really hard to create such spaces and will welcome amazing artists throughout our summer program ☻

THIS WEEK ART HUB → on site install Objcts + Projections → a dedicated visual experimentation area where we delve deeper into the intersection of sound, art, and design.

This forth takeover is by Emirati artist presenting Cache Memory spanning video, sculpture, and painting. Drawing from found media, internet imagery, folklore, and everyday rituals, the exhibition reassembles familiar forms into speculative artifacts and shifting narratives, exploring how images and meanings transform as they move between digital and physical worlds.

Through humor, irony, and reconstruction, Cache Memory reflects on image saturation, cultural drift, and the increasingly blurred boundaries between reality and simulation. The works invite viewers to consider how contemporary life is archived, altered, and continually remade.

Opening the season with BIG ENERGY with Lars Huismann. Lars energetic production with a hint of good old hardgroove, have inspired Secta sound heavily in the early days back in 2021, pushing for high energy sets, prestine groovy sounds that made our community dance throughout the years. Super excited for this bang bang opening on our Groove + Ground stage with locals and our own resident

For our Art Hub program we are excited to host Emirati artist + we have a freshly stocked vinyl corner in collab with + new merch / tooth gems are back! Excited to to be with our beloved community for 6 hours of music, fun and pure joy on the floor

This Saturday, we are doing one last dance in this space to close the winter season, taking over this beautiful raw space with a unique indoor / outdoor setup hosting amazing regional talents on all fronts across music, art, design, audio and of course all things community.

We start early, in the fresh outdoors for sunset to ease ourselves into the night sharing food & drinks, special happy hour prices for with playlist + many other things to keep you entertained all night.

The space is limited, tickets are almost sold out + door sale will be available until capacity — we strongly suggest to come early.

This forth takeover is by — His selected work emerges from a dialogue between underground sound and calligraphic form, shaped by both sonic influence and historical reference. Drawing on glitch-like textures from Arabic and English underground rap, it feels unpredictable yet grounded in tradition.

Each piece begins with traditional Arabic calligraphy before being distorted and digitized, shifting it into a contemporary, image-saturated space where past and present remain in tension.In this sense, the work is anti-hauntological: neither fully traditional nor detached, but reconfiguring tradition through digital means.

For our twenty sixth episode of Secta Sessions we are hosting Born in Japan, her name means “blossoming”, a word that mirrors her journey into techno, a passion that opened up an entire new world. After spending time in Berlin and Amsterdam, where she found a true sense of belonging on the dance floor, she returns to Dubai with a drive to craft fast, energetic, and emotionally charged sets.
