Today we celebrated the graduation of 23 participants from the 2025 cohort of our graduate programmes under Al Multaqa, our unified platform for UAE National talent, including our Leaders of Tomorrow Graduate Programme.

The ceremony, attended by His Highness Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chairman of Dubai Holding, marked a defining moment for the next generation of Emirati leaders, who now step into roles across our Group's diversified portfolio.

As H.E. Sheikh Fahim bin Sultan Al Qasimi shares, “The sea sustained our ancestors, and caring for it keeps their story alive.”

Since 2004, Jumeirah’s Dubai Turtle Rehabilitation Project has rescued, rehabilitated and returned more than 2,300 sea turtles to the wild.

Following treatment at the Aquarium at Jumeirah Burj Al Arab, the turtles recover at the Turtle Rehabilitation Sanctuary at Jumeirah Al Naseem before being released back into their natural habitat.

The project also supports scientific research, marine education and wider conservation efforts across Dubai.

On World Sea Turtle Day, we celebrate every turtle guided from recovery to readiness and every journey back to the sea.

Selected from more than 1,400 global applications across 93 countries, HyveGeo, Cycled Technologies and CO2Wall were recognised for bold solutions tackling some of today’s most pressing sustainability challenges. Together, the winning scale-ups were awarded a share of AED 850,000 in prize funding.

From desert greening and climate security to smarter recycling systems and AI-powered green infrastructure, these innovators are helping build more resilient communities and circular systems for the future.

Big ideas. Bold founders. Real impact. The second Edition of the Innovate For Tomorrow Impact Accelerator wrapped up with an inspiring Demo Day that brought together innovators, investors and industry leaders to build a more sustainable future.

After 12 weeks of mentorship, workshops and collaboration, visionary scale-ups presented a breadth of solutions tackling food waste, resource recovery, green infrastructure and climate resilience.

From over 1,400 applications across 93 countries to one final stage, the programme celebrated innovation designed to create measurable impact for the UAE and beyond.
