Dubai Amateur Football League The largest amateur football league in the middle east sees over 80 nationalities participate in this year round league from social to serious competitors.

From a couple of teams trying to kick a ball around in the sand around 30 years ago, the Dubai Amateur Football League has developed! We now play on some of the best football pitches in the Emirate, an 11 a side league with varying standards through its 5 current divisions, which include 4 regular divisions and a Vets over 35s division. We also play small sided football at various points in the ye

ar - with the Summer 7s taking place in the hot months of June, July & August. The Dubai Amateur Football League is proud to be the largest football league in the UAE and endeavours to do it's best to forward the game in the Middle East, as well as providing players of differing levels the ability to play on a regular basis. Encompassing over 1000 players, the league is a truly multi-cultural one - players of over 80 nationalities take part on a regular basis. Overseas & Professional players please note: this is an AMATEUR league, that is only open to RESIDENTS of the UAE.

Congratulations to Obai Musa from Dubai Irish FC (Dubai Irish FC) with 7 in 10 this season to grab the top scorer prize in a very competitive .TV DAFL Division X.

Defenders get better as they get older but Obai had their measure this season.Playing off the right with a cultured left foot he scored some very pretty goals this campaign. Laid back by nature he comes alive on the pitch and defines the term 'handful for the opposition'.

A Division X All Star selection and league top scorer. Not bad at all.

Congratulations Obai and we wish you all the best in the next stage of your footballing career.

Congratulations to Manchester City () our DAFL Division X Winners for 2026.

We have our inaugural Division X winners and it's Manchester City who justified their tag as one of the pre-season favourites.

At one stage they looked like finishing as Invincibles but after reeling off 7 closely fought wins they eased off a little down the final stretch but in the end the other teams just could not match them for consistency.

Worthy winners and always easy on the eye, huge credit to the players for they way they played and the way they carried themselves with maturity on and off the pitch.

Special thanks to coaches Javi, Will and Louis for turning out a very good side and setting the standard. Youth football. Done the right way.

Congratulations to Vets the DAFL Vets Division Winners for 2025-2026

Hat tricks in football matches aren't as rare as you might think. Hat tricks of league titles is a different matter altogether.

After back to back titles you might have thought Allstars Vets () would take their foot off the pedal and let some of the other Vets teams sneak ahead this year. It was not to be as Allstars Vets made it three in a row, even after a very shaky start that left them near bottom after the initial matches.

They got into gear after Christmas and clawed their way back into contention with some comprehensive victories and dashed the hopes of most people's title favourites Eire Gulfhounds () in the very last match.

Gulfhounds knew a point would be enough but in the end Allstars prevailed in a 3-2 nailbiter to take the title on goal difference. Best ever Allstars Vets team.....maybe not, best title win.....we would say so.

Old but gold... the well travelled Sami Kassem picked up his goal scoring boots and took them over to Sparta Palm FC this season, bagging 17 to be the Supervets top scorer for season 2025-26.

Always a popular player and one of DAFL's most prolific strikers he helped Sparta to a very creditable second place in the Supervets division.

Congrats Sami on another great season👏👏👏👏👏

Not content with winning the DAFL Premiership, completed the rare DAFL league and cup double on penalties after a tense encounter with .

Neither team wanted to lose this match and chances were at a premium but it was National Gulf that held their nerve in the end to condemn the desperately unlucky National Paints to a runners-up spot once again.
