Sound Healing Journey

A beautiful circle came together last Friday, moving through sound, breath, and presence.

Toward the end of the journey, we opened our voices and sang together — letting the sound move from receiving to creating, from listening to expressing. A powerful reminder that healing isn't only found in stillness, but also in our own voice.

Every session unfolds in its own way, carrying us through different frequencies and different parts of ourselves.
