Dear noon Team,
I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the experience I have had with Noon, which has been extremely frustrating and exhausting.
I purchased a OnePlus Pad 3 on December 31, 2025. Within just one month of use, I began experiencing severe battery drain issues. I raised a warranty claim and returned the tablet, expecting a proper resolution. However, even after the repair, the same issue persisted.
I shared clear evidence, including images and videos showing the battery performance, and returned the device once again with the expectation that this time the product would either be replaced or refunded. Unfortunately, I have now received communication that the same device is being sent back to me again.
This is very disappointing. As a customer, after paying for a new product, it is unacceptable to repeatedly face the same issue and receive only temporary fixes instead of a proper resolution. Additionally, the entire process takes 20โ25 working days each time, which adds to the inconvenience and frustration.
This experience has significantly affected my trust in Noonโs service and online shopping platform. If this is the level of service being provided, I regret to say that I will no longer consider shopping with Noon, nor will I recommend it to my friends and family.
I strongly request you to take this matter seriously and provide a fair resolution, either through a replacement or a full refund, without further delay.
