Many children today struggle with big emotions and overstimulation, yet they often don’t know how to express what they feel.

This Spring Break, I’m hosting 10 Calm Art Classes for Children, where art becomes a gentle tool to help kids slow down, relax, and express emotions while having fun.

Through playful and mindful activities, children will explore:

🌀 Neurographic art & creative doodles
🌸 Mandalas for positivity and patience
🎶 Drawing inspired by calming music
🌊 Relaxing watercolor techniques
💭 “Worry Monster” doodles to release anxious thoughts
🌹 Gratitude art to build emotional awareness

These sessions are not about “perfect art.”
They are about helping children feel calmer, more confident, and creatively free.
