Lamine Yamal's press conference ahead of UEFA Champions League match against Atlético Madrid.
On Neymar:
"I've watched the 6-1 many times. I saw it live. Neymar has defined my whole childhood. He's my idol, and I'll always be grateful for what he's given to football. He inspires all of us. You pay for a ticket to see him, and two or three days after the game you'd watch it again just to see his plays. I thank him for what he's given to football, and hopefully he can be at the World Cup."
On his anger at the Metropolitano:
"There's tension in every game. Those things happened in the game and they're in the past. We’re thinking about tomorrow. When things don’t go my way on the pitch, I try to do my best to help the team."
On his weight in the team at his age:
"I've been lucky. Since I was little I've had more responsibility than most kids my age, and I don't think about it. I don’t see it as a problem but as a virtue, and the confidence my teammates give me is gold."
How he sees himself in three years:
"I don't know, but I hope to have many more titles than I have now. I hope I can win a World Cup and a Champions League. Anything that adds titles will make me very happy."
On La Masia:
"It's very important for games like tomorrow. We're all from the academy and we love Barça. We'll give everything until the end, no matter what. If there's a chance, we'll play and fight until the end."
In his happiness at scoring in the Champions League:
"Along with the World Cup, it’s one of the two most important competitions in football. That says it all. I've always dreamed of scoring goals for Barça in the Champions League."
On his moment:
"I feel very good and very eager for tomorrow's game. I'm motivated, and I hope I can make the difference. Let's see if Cholo does me a favor and puts me one-v-one with a player. I hope he does."
On the message in the dressing room:
"It's true they knocked us out of the Copa, but it's not just about that. Barça has been chasing the Champions League for many years. We really want to go through, and we are Barça, we will give everything."
On tomorrow's game:
"I'm very eager. I've always said that at the start of the season my level was questioned a lot because of pubalgia, and I like when these moments come because that's when real players show up. I’m very eager for tomorrow to come."
On what he can promise tomorrow:
"We promise that if we are eliminated, it will be after fighting until the end. We won't leave a single minute without pressing and running. We'll leave everything out there. It will be a 90-minute game or more. It's not over. The comeback is very possible, and that's why we're here."
On the LeBron James photo:
"LeBron is one of the references who can inspire me for tomorrow's game, and that's why I posted it. I'll think about how he did it, and hopefully it works out the same for me. We have many players in the team. I consider myself one more, I'm not the only one."
On his responsibility:
"Luckily I'm playing at Barça, and there are players of great quality, world-class veterans who prove it every year. I don't think it only depends on me. If it did, I wouldn't mind either. We have many players who can turn it around by themselves, and that's why I trust the team."
What kind of game he imagines:
"To play as we know how, with intensity, without losing our style. That's the key, not thinking the comeback is a miracle. It's a game we're starting 2-0 down, but we have to play as we know."
On the comeback and the reasons:
"I think we are a young team. We are all culers, very culers, and we've shown it many times. We have to do what we've done all season: fight for this badge. We really want to be in the semifinals, and we will give everything."
