For a long time I wanted to make a colada with macha.it came even better when I clarify it and add pistachio foam on the top.It’s a very good combination of nutty,fruity and tropical.hope y’all like it recipe below 👇.

Macha colada

Rum
Macha powder
Homemade Coconut syrup
Pineapple juice
Clarify with freah cream and milk

Pistachio foam

Fresh coconut water
Rosted pistachio
Citric and sweet
Sucrose(it makes micro air bobbles)
Xantana(to make density of the foam)

Simple syrup
Clarified with skura tea and milk.

Fruit jacing
