Another commission work has been completed and delivered to the clients’ home in Rotterdam. The moment of unveiling the painting in their new home was so emotional and joyful! I heard such amazing words of gratitude! See, I told you - I have the best job in the world! I do what I love, and others love it too! 👩‍🎨♥️

Let me introduce myself (again, just in case)!
I’m Khonikava Ala, born in Belarus, living in the Netherlands for ages now. I’m a professional artist with a fine art degree and years of painting behind me.

People say my style is unique and expressive. Love that for me! But trust me, it wasn’t always like this. I’ve dabbled in countless techniques, tried all sorts of styles, and made a glorious mess many, many times before I found what truly makes me happy.

And here it is: huge landscapes, bold, juicy colors, and a whole ocean of flowers! That’s what I love, both around me and on my canvases.

I adore experimenting. I can spend days playing with materials and composition because, for me, painting is a game. Actually… scratch that—painting is my game!

Speaking of which… time to go play in my studio!

Another commissioned painting has found its new cozy home. This time in Switzerland.
I have the best profession in the world! I enjoy the process of creating a painting, I am delighted when it turns out well, and I am so happy when I hear words of admiration and joy from my customers.
It is wonderful to know that a painting created by me will bring joy to others for many years and become part of their home, family and life 🧑‍🎨♥️

Altijd blij en trots om bij Morren Galleries langs te gaan!
Dit keer was het galeriebezoek een onderdeel van een geweldige dag die ik met vriendinnen in het prachtige Utrecht heb doorgebracht. Mijn schilderij “Garden Scenery” hangt op een heel opvallende plek, omlijst door antieke smeedijzeren poort.
Het historische gebouw van de galerie is op zichzelf al uniek, gelegen aan de oever van een stads gracht, in het hart van het oude Utrecht.
De benedenverdieping komt uit op een gezellig terras met uitzicht op de kanal, de bruggen en voorbijvarende boten.
Daar hebben mijn lieve vriendinnen en ik ons genesteld met glazen champagne, die je kunt kiezen in de bar op de benedenverdieping van de galerie. En we hebben geproost op creativiteit en succes. 🥂🖼️

I love my job!
I enjoy the process of creating a custom painting.I feel so happy when the painting is ready, but I get really excited when showing it to the client for the first time, it’s always such an emotional moment.
The clients for this painting are a wonderful, lovely couple celebrating their wedding anniversary and gifting themselves this special present — a blooming garden on canvas, featuring their favorite flowers and colors. What an incredible feeling for an artist to see the clients’ faces when they see the finished painting for the first time! There are tears, hugs, and happy, emotional eyes.
May this painting bring joy for many years to come in the cozy home of this lovely couple. 🖼️👩‍🎨
