ستُقاد ورشة الأوركسترا المتقدمة (Orchestra Masterclass) بواسطة Arash Gooran، وهو قائد أوركسترا ومدير فني وملحن وعازف بيانو معروف عالميًا، يمتلك أكثر من عقدين من الخبرة المهنية.

يشغل حاليًا منصب المدير الفني والقائد الرئيسي لـ Tehran Philharmonic Orchestra، وقد حصل على العديد من الجوائز المرموقة تقديرًا لإنجازاته الفنية وإسهاماته في تعليم الموسيقى.

في هذه الجلسة، سيستكشف المشاركون التعبير الموسيقي والعناصر الأساسية للموسيقى، إضافةً إلى العلاقة التعاونية بين قائد الأوركسترا والأوركسترا نفسها، وذلك ضمن مبادرة تمكين الأوركسترا الإماراتية (Empowering Emirati Orchestra).

The Orchestra Masterclass will be led by Arash Gooran, an internationally acclaimed conductor, artistic director, composer, and pianist with more than two decades of professional experience.

He currently serves as Artistic Director and Principal Conductor of the Tehran Philharmonic Orchestra and has received numerous prestigious awards in recognition of his artistic achievements and contributions to music education.

In this session, participants will explore musical expression, the fundamental elements of music, and the collaborative relationship between conductor and orchestra, as part of the Empowering Emirati Orchestra initiative.

أطلقت أول ورشة عمل ضمن برنامج ‘تمكين العازفين الإماراتيين’ بداية رحلة تعاونية ملهمة، حيث استكشفت 20 موهبة إماراتية شابة كيفية صناعة الآلات الموسيقية، والمواد المصنوعة منها، وتطوّر الموسيقى عبر الثقافات والأزمنة.
من خلال الأنشطة العملية والنقاشات الإرشادية، ساعدت الورشة المشاركين على تطوير مهاراتهم الإبداعية وتعزيز فضولهم وتقديرهم للموسيقى.



The first Empowering Emirati Musicians Program workshop set the tone for our collaborative journey ahead, where 20 young Emirati talents explored how instruments are made, the materials behind them, and how music has evolved across cultures and time. Through hands-on activities and guided discussions, they developed creativity, curiosity, and a deeper appreciation for music.

بقيادة ‘ميوزك ديستريكت’ وبالشراكة الاستراتيجية مع ‘هيئة الثقافة والفنون في دبي’، انطلقت 20 موهبة إماراتية شابة في رحلة مكثفة من التدريب الموسيقي الاحترافي، وتنمية المهارات الفنية، والتطوير الشخصي تحت إشراف نخبة من الأساتذة المتميزين.

الافتتاح الكبير لبرنامج تمكين الموسيقيين الإماراتيين الذي نظمته .ae بالشراكة الاستراتيجية مع أُقيم في 12 فبراير، حيث جمع الطلاب وأولياء الأمور والمعلمين والضيوف المميزين في أمسية ملهمة ولا تُنسى.

كان لقاءً مميزًا ومؤثرًا لم يعلن فقط عن انطلاق برنامج جديد، بل عن ولادة حلم مشترك — مساحة يلتقي فيها الإبداع والثقافة والالتزام لصناعة موسيقيي المستقبل.

The great opening of the Empowering Emirati Musicians Program, organized by Music District in strategic partnership with Dubai Culture, took place on 12 February, bringing together students, parents, teachers, and special guests for an inspiring and memorable evening.

It was a powerful and meaningful gathering that marked not only the launch of a program, but the birth of a shared dream — a space where talent, culture, and dedication unite to shape the musicians of tomorrow.
