Attitude at NYUAD

Attitude at NYUAD Attitude Dance Club aims to establish a dance culture within the New York University Abu Dhabi community. Classes, Recitals, Dance Conferences.

By organizing dance classes and workshops, Attitude Dance Club Recitals and other performances, Attitude Dance Club will provide the NYUAD community the chance to enjoy and appreciate the art of dance; Attitude Dance Club will introduce its members to a variety of dance genres, including classical ballet, contemporary, hip-hop, ballroom, Latin social dances and folk dances, and provide resources f

or committed members to hone their techniques and create high-quality original choreography. By participating in and organizing academic dance conferences, competitions, and collaborative projects with faculty and student artists, other university organizations, and guest artists, Attitude Dance Club will bring together the NYUAD community and the performing arts community in the region and beyond to discuss, explore, and educate each other about the historical and cultural significance of dance; Attitude Dance Club will provide its members the opportunity to work with artists from different backgrounds on creative and professional projects which may help them build skills beneficial for a lifetime. Attitude Dance Club hopes to bring joy to the NYUAD community through dance. Attitude Dance Club also aspires to become the pride of NYUAD – a student organization that stays true to the art of dance while boldly exploring the creative, recreational, academic, professional and
commercial possibilities of dance. Current Activities
