Calling all Potterheads in ABU DHABI!!

“POTTED POTTER – the Unauthorized Harry Potter Experience– a Parody by Dan and Jeff” is at the CULTURAL FOUNDATION IN ABU DHABI next Friday 21st February (8pm) and Saturday 22nd February (3pm & 8pm)

The show takes on the ultimate challenge of condensing all seven Harry Potter books (and a real-life game of Quidditch) into seventy hilarious minutes. The show features all your favourite Harry Potter characters, a special appearance from a fire-breathing dragon, endless costumes, brilliant songs, ridiculous props and a generous helping of Hogwarts magic!

The show is a must-see for Potter addicts and a great introduction to the series for anyone who’s ever wondered what all the fuss is about and even if you don’t know the difference between a Horcrux and a Hufflepuff, POTTED POTTER will make you roar with laughter.

So... don't miss our October production of Mr. William Shakespeare's "The Tempest" - at Theatre by Erth on Monday 7th October and Wednesday 9th to Friday 11th October at Theatre by QE2.

This is the perfect show for any Year 6 to Year 13 students studying Drama or English or teachers wanting to give these students a "real" theatre experience.

Dive into the world of 'The Tempest' where magic, mystery, and adventure collide!

Shakespeare's classic play takes you to a remote island where Prospero, a powerful sorcerer, and his daughter Miranda are stranded.

With the help of the mischievous spirit Ariel, Prospero conjures a storm that shipwrecks his enemies on the island, setting the stage for a thrilling tale of revenge, love, and redemption.

Packed with complex characters, unexpected twists, and thought-provoking themes, 'The Tempest' is a timeless story that resonates with the struggles and triumphs of being a teenager.

Don't miss this epic journey that blends drama, comedy, and fantasy in a way that only Shakespeare can!

Information for 'The Tempest' is as follows:

- There will be two performances in Abu Dhabi on Monday 7th October, one at 9:30AM and one at 11:30AM
- 'The Tempest' will be at Theatre by QE2 in Dubai from Wednesday 9th October until Friday 11th October at 9.30am and 11.30am
- Cost is 110 AED per student (incl. VAT)
- 1 teacher/adult place will be provided for every 10 students attending.
- There will be an educational pack provided to those who attend the show.
- The show will last approximately 90 minutes.

If you are a teacher and just back from holiday - we've got two BRILLIANT shows for you for the Autumn Term at Theatre by QE2:

After our very successful versions of Macbeth & A Midsummer Night's Dream, we've got Shakespeare's "THE TEMPEST" this October at Theatre by QE2 - produced again in conjunction with Kevali Productions and with shows in Dubai AND IN ABU DHABI! This show is perfect for ages 11 to 18 and especially for anyone studying drama or English to 'GCSE' or 'A' Level.

In December the madness that is Magic Phil descends on the Theatre by QE2 for his annual Christmas show - which this year is "TOYLAND EXPRESS" - but this time, given the later finish date to the Autumn Term, we can fit in some school shows - so get booking for ages from 3 to 10.
