To all our Valued Customers ,
It has been bought to our attention that some patrons are not abiding to our rules and regulations . Please note , we operate on hourly slots. We do this to ensure the utmost safety and hygiene of the Park. Safety and Hygiene are our top priority. We cannot allow over crowding of the facility , this firstly puts children at risk of injuries, secondly it causes overcrowding and goes against our hygiene policies which we adhere to with the utmost care and attention .
If you do not arrive on the hour , firstly you will not get the full hour you are paying for as we have coloured wrist bands that allow our staff to monitor numbers , and be able to care for the amount of children in the park at any given hour .
Secondly , if the Park is full , you will be asked to wait for the next time slot available.
Please assist us by following these rules , they are put in place PURELY for the safety of the patrons , we simply cannot allow overcrowding at any time . Please respect the staff of Jump when they enforce these rules and regulations ,it is imperative for the smooth operating of our facility .
We are here to provide a happy , fun, and exciting experience for everyone , but most importantly a safe and clean environment .
