🧾 Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance, and support the overall financial health of Dreamscape Events.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Manage daily income and expenditure tracking
- Handle cash flow, budgeting, and reconciliations
- Monitor bar/event sales and verify reports
- Prepare monthly financial reports and summaries
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory requirements
- Manage invoices, payments, and receipts
- Work closely with management on financial planning
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 1–2 years experience in accounting or bookkeeping
- Strong knowledge of basic accounting principles
- Experience with Excel (very important)
- Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Trustworthy and able to handle cash responsibly
- Good communication and organizational skills
Added Advantage
- Experience in hospitality/events/bar environment
- Knowledge of stock control and sales tracking systems

Position: Bar Man (x1)

We are looking for an energetic and responsible Bar Man to manage bar operations, serve customers efficiently, and ensure a great customer experience during events.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve drinks (alcoholic & non-alcoholic)
- Handle customer orders quickly and professionally
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Monitor stock levels and report shortages
- Record daily sales accurately
- Handle cash and mobile payments responsibly
- Ensure responsible alcohol service at all times
🎓 Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum Grade 12 certificate
- Previous experience as a bartender or in a similar role is an advantage
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure (especially during busy events)
- Honest, reliable, and well-presented
- Basic knowledge of drinks and mixing is a plus
Added Advantage
- Experience in events, clubs, or hospitality industry
- Knowledge of stock control or POS systems
