🙏
Dear Mfuwe Awards team with lots of love
I'd like to start by expressing my appreciation for the work you're doing to recognize and celebrate talent. It's a great initiative.
I wanted to suggest that, in addition to online nominations, you could also consider nominating individuals you've observed doing outstanding work in their fields. This could help ensure that deserving talents are recognized, even if they're not widely known online.
I also appreciate the efforts you're making to ensure fairness and transparency in the process. Continuing to prioritize these values will surely make the awards even more meaningful.
Additionally, I'd like to respectfully request that the categories for nominees are accurately represented and not mixed up. For instance, ensuring that content creators are not confused with actors, comedians with content creators, radio DJs with club DJs, video directors with filmmakers, and photographers with directors of photography. Accuracy in categorization will make the awards more credible and meaningful to the winners and nominees.
I also humbly suggest that as organizers, you consider including individuals you've observed doing great work in their respective categories, even if they weren't nominated through the public process. As an example, speaking from personal experience as an actor, I was disappointed not to be nominated in your awards despite my work, especially since I was recognized in other awards. I respect your work and hope that in the future, deserving talents like myself are considered and recognized appropriately.
Thank you again for your work, and I wish you all the best.
Best regards,
[Angela B] STUDIO manager
