Moritlhwana is an annual School Arts Festival, to create a platform for young scholars to showcase their talent , to encourage art in school around the Free State. This page is currently operated under the direction and control of Moritlhwana National Projects (MONAPRO) - Nun Profit Company (NPC) . MON

APRO is a creative collaboration environmental company in collaboration with theatre for high themed quality shows centered in the industry. MONAPRO is the founder of Moritlhwana Schools Art Festival (MOSAFE) . The festival is the brain child of the company, The festival started in 2012, in Makeleketla Winburg, it was adopted as the festival name after the company adopted a new turnaround strategy that will usher the new era in the culture of development, producing and serving the audience of Mosilonyana municipality and Free State Provice.
