Long live

Live like there's no tomorrow,
They say tomorrow isn't promised,
2025 die, die with our sorrows,
2026 please come as promised,

Long live to the dead, taken by 2025,
Long live to the living, I long for many mine,
The Gods shall provide, give us more,
We seek more life, please God open doors,

Dear 2025 please die, we await,
Await new life, new beginnings,
Beginnings of blessings,
We await,
New talent, we plead more singings,

R.I.P 2025, see you never,
We hope 2026 be our server,
We hope apply English and be clever,
We plead for hope, and be better

Farewell

Goodbyes... Goodbyes I'm not so good,
People can't be forgotten like rotten food,
Life isn't fair, sometimes it gives,
Life isn't fair, but a memory lives,

Me I can't express feelings, I write,
When love lives, I bond, then I write,
Me I can't talk, I accept, time tells,
Tomorrow isn't promised, even when one sells,

Farwell someone already misses you,
Farewell someone wishes you were here,
Farewell.. No words, but we all love you,
Farewell... So hope they welcome you there

Rest easy

We love some, feedback, we lose some,
I believe life without downs is all out,
They say accept what you get, ain't no purity in that,
They believe what you see, then life should have no buts,

Some live to love, some to hate, some die,
Some live to deceive, everyone unto a lie,
You do good, they mock, do bad they talk,
Ain't no good deed appreciated, just more mocks,

Rest easy to those we lost, we'll meet again,
At least they're at ease, their souls mainly,
Though we'll cry for their souls even daily,
We pray to God we do meet again,

I met a Sotho girl

Twenty twenty nice, just at start,
Resolutions as fresh as flowers in summer,
Them early birds singing, as if agreeing to that,
School kids excited, even forgotten about Mama,

There she came with a heart pure as ice,
As a surprise she enlightened the darkest path of heart,
Eyes won't tell, just sit, enjoy the melody of faith,
Looks do deceive, time then tells the walkings of fate,

Dear mama, it's me your child,
Don't wanna be rude, but it's your aborted child,
I got... I got questions, maybe it's me,
I got.... I got feelings, maybe for thee,

Wasn't I worth to live, wasn't I?
Wasn't I of value, wasn't I?
Didn't I pose hope, didn't I?
Didn't I deserve life, didn't I?

Now it ain't easy in hidese, all bad,
I ain't happy, I don't care if it was of dad,
I hope you are happy, me I'm not,
I hope you live the fullest, me I don't,

Pray to your God, maybe you won't ever,
I pray you live to regret forever,
Ain't no peace, my love for you lives,
I'm dead, my hope in you dies

Good/bad Friday

It's all a vibe to some,
To Christians it's a deal done,
Joy to some, love be shared,
Lonely ones cry for company, no love shared,

It's a good Friday, Christians forgiven,
It's a good Friday, drunkards forgotten,
It's a good Friday, Christians do preach,
It's a good Friday, drunkards do peace,

It's a bad Friday, some do suffer,
It's a bad Friday, some end up with laughter,
It's a bad Friday, some live to regret,
It's a bad Friday, some live to be reverents,

It's no secret equality never lived,
Some big, some small, life be lived,
We all pray, father God provide,
Humankind never loved, always devide

Donna the dude

Donna killed her dead, satisfied,
Donna was no killer, was just deceived,
Donna died inside, never satisfied,
Donna talked and talked, was never believed,

Happy he was when pregnancy was announced,
Prepared, determined, even thought of spouse,
A father to a first, he would fantasise,
He felt the pressure, was never traumatized,

Abortion came about, the first went,
He forgave, first mistake is never a dent,
Abortion came about, the second went,
Forgiveness left heart, couldn't even vent,

A bullet was the only option, decided,
The rest was history, she died,

One day one girl wrote, "mama,
I met a guy, so handsome, so loving",
So excited, she was, douted her Mama,
Said nothing, not to dissatisfied her darling,

Four years later, now a house wife,
Forced to build, now reasserting life,
Had two kids, with one micourage along,
Tears never left her, she just don't tag them along,

She was about to be a co-wife,
She was of no value, that's so life,
Getting beaten was her new path,
She should've a house girl if she did the math,

Went back to Mama and said,
"Mama this life thing ain't lifting", she said,
"I wish I would've listened to you" she said,
"Now death is my only path left", she said

Makwande I named, grew to be Masweet,
Then called by many, all sweet,
27 years ago, there came a vessel,
A poetry pet to be exact,

Hip hop, gospel got possessed,
Football, series, got possessed,
Writing, reading, got possessed,
Drinking, smoking, got possessed,

Happy birthday to me, today is my day,

Time is money, so they say,
Talk about money, talk to me, I say,
Limit don't exist, action talk,
Smile now, time's done, do walk,

Nowadays respect's regargaded by possessions,
Not talks, they all prefer professions,
Less fortunate die inside, no considerations,
They play to be loved, plays accomplished, no concentrations,

Poetry, poetry deliver the children of Africa,
Darkness, flaws, mental empowerment dominate Africa,
May father God protect bless us with wisdom,
I wish to die now, leave these creatures with no wisdom.
