Limpopo Department of Education Second Chance Matric Support Programme is a ministerial project that is meant to support all out of school youth to acquire a matric certificate.

The programme's main focus is on the youth who failed grade 12 and want to rewrite as part-time candidates.

Secondly, youth who passed matric but want to improve their subject levels so that they can meet the university admission requirements; and lastly for youth or adults who passed grade 9 and would like to write Senior certificate examinations.

Support is in the form of face to face tuition from selected centres in the 10 education districts. Anyone interested to participate in the programme should contact Curriculum Coordinators in the 10 education districts.

POTATO SALAD

INGREDIENTS
4 small potatoes
3 eggs(optional)
Half cup of fried bacon chunks
A quarter of chopped red onion
1/2 tspn of Italian herbs
Mayonnaise
1 tbspn of cream
a bit of aromat original(for taste)

INSTRUCTIONS

-Boil your potatoes and eggs then drain and let cool.
-In a large bowl fold(mix) in cooked potatoes, eggs, bacon, chopped redi onion then, aromat, cream, Italian herbs and mayonnaise together.
-Refrigerate until ready to serve.
