Tomorrow on The Midday Exchange, I'm looking forward to welcoming one of South Africa's most exciting young MMA talents into the studio.
At just a young age, Tyler Lazarus has already achieved what many athletes spend a lifetime working towards. His discipline, dedication and passion for the sport have earned him multiple titles, and his future is incredibly exciting.

We'll chat about where it all started, the sacrifices that come with competing at the highest level, balancing life as a young athlete, and what's next on his journey.

Three years ago today, Tobey came into our lives. 🐾
A little Corgi cross Retriever with the biggest heart, the gentlest soul, and eyes that could say a thousand words.
He arrived when he was only six months old, carrying the weight of a tough start no dog should ever have to know. But from the moment he walked into our home, everything changed.
Tobey has been more than just a pet — he’s been comfort, loyalty, laughter, healing, and unconditional love wrapped up in four little legs.
He knows when you need him. He sits close on the difficult days, lies next to you in the quiet moments, and somehow always understands without needing a single word.
Jess and I often say how lucky we were the day he came into our world… but the truth is, he’s the one who gave us the gift.
He’s our family. Our shadow. Our happiness. Our special boy.
Happy Gotcha Day, Tobey. Thank you for changing our lives and filling our hearts every single day. We love you endlessly. ❤️🐶
