Mossel Clay Pottery Studio is your creative escape in the heart of Mossel Bay! We offer relaxed, hands-on pottery workshops where you can handbuild your own clay pieces from scratch – no wheel, no stress, just clay, creativity, and good company. We’re the sister studio to Baikt Ceramics Cape Town, founded by Mike – and just like our Cape Town roots, Mossel Clay is all about fun, community, and getting your hands a little dirty in the best way possible. Pottery workshops, painting sessions, private events, Date Nights, Mimosa Saturdays and more – there's something for everyone at Mossel Clay. Come as you are. Your Pottery, Your Way, Your Creation!

Monthly Pottery Club Membership

There is something special about setting aside a few hours each week to create with your hands, learn new techniques, and enjoy the company of fellow clay lovers.

Whether you’re completely new to pottery or looking to grow your skills, our Pottery Club is your weekly creative escape.

✨ Choose the session that suits you or mix them up as your schedule allows:
• Wednesday Mornings (10:00 to 13:00)
• Wednesday Evenings (18:00 to 21:00)
• Thursday Evenings (18:00 to 21:00)

Your monthly membership includes:
🤎 4 hands-on studio sessions per month. Come learn all the ways clay can humble you 😉
🤎 Unlimited clay...YES unlimited..just finish your projects.
🤎 Full use of our WIDE selection of studio underglazes and glazes. You will be learning how to glaze your own items...crazy!!!
🤎 A choice of 3 different clay bodies to explore

Date Night at Mossel Clay is getting a little spooky this October!

On Friday, 30 October, every couple will receive an extra piece of clay to create something Halloween-inspired together. 👻🎃
