In 2021, I had the privilege to share the Dust of Namibia under my feet with some of the most majestic animals to walk the earth.
In September 2021, while the world was in lockdown, I was an essential worker, installing thermal imaging fever detection systems and providing much-needed training all over Africa.

I was invited to give training to a copper mine in Tsumeb in Namibia. Catch, I had to be in Namibia, but not on site 7 days prior.

So, I explored.
Etosha is such a majestic place, the landscape and the soil.

It was the first time I burst into tears just because of the sheer beauty I was able to witness.

I am grateful for the things my eyes have seen.
The people I have met along the way.

I've not admitted my blessings to myself for a long time.
But my eyes have been opened again.

I went back in 2025. The wettest year Namibia has had in 19 years. coming soon

Golden Cup - FAVIL 2018

I sit high upon my man-made throne.
Throw the world a lie, a dead man's bone.
I need to climb down, stop being the crying clown
I am made of flesh, not stone.

Rip off the flesh to expose the heart
The only target for life's deadly dart.

Rip it off, expose the bone.
Kick me off that man-made throne.

I need to see!
I need to be!
I need to sink or swim, take the chance, risk life and limb.

I need to see what you need me to see,
need to be who you need me to be.

Rip off the flesh to expose the heart
The only target for life's deadly dart.

Make me strong. Before I do more wrong.

Take my thoughts and lift them up!
Throw away the golden cup.

Kick me off the human throne
Strike me down with a dead truth's bone.

If you don't believe in magic. Maybe it's the way you observe the world, not the world as it is?
Science has proven that light behaves differently when observed, which makes one wonder about some things, because the way I observe light changes my behaviour as well.
So I choose to love what I see, or have the freedom to change the view. We are not trees; we can move and bear fruit wherever we are, because we are rooted in the Light of the World.
