I’m on day 10 of a 100 day challenge I set for myself.

What’s the challenge?
Go to gym every day. Do whatever you have to do- sauna, walk, work, get a smoothie. Just go to the gym every day.
So far I’ve trained every day. On non-weight training days I’ve just done a walk on the treadmill.

Why do this challenge?
My life was lacking routine and that was bleeding into the rest of my life - sleep was bad, eating was disjointed and weird, emotional regulation - nonexistent. Muscle mass - in the gutter. Glutes: Zero. Minus in fact. I’m practically looking like a long weekend Shwapa 🤣

I’m 43 years old and I wanna stay looking and feeling 28 for the next 43 years.

That’s the plan - and I’m doing LIVE. 💪
