I’m back working on my Pole Dance Community (PDC) Level 4 routine after a few months of being busy with other projects. I enjoy having a syllabus, structure and goals - and encourage my private students to consider it too. One develops creativity forming a routine, and stamina to dance it! 😅

I love this video because it shows the incredible progress I made in just over a year. I had been away from pole for two years and was back at the beginning. It was during Covid and I was hesitant to go to group classes, so I invested in myself and went to private classes in Pietermaritzburg (where we then lived). My trainer, also a Bronwyn, from Dance Warehouse was phenomenal❣️
