A young man named Swelihle Zulu hails from the rural community of Mawusheni/Mawasheni, Enkanini, in the little town of Eshowe. age 22 (2023), born on December 11th, 2000
Eshowe was raised in Eshowe. attended Manxele High School and the local schools Donsintaba Primary. During lockdown in 2020, he and his younger brother Thubalenkosi Zulu began recording their poetry at home. It all began when thei

r older brother used his laptop and cellphone to record them and combine them with a downloadable rhythm (a process known as mastering and mixing). He recorded his debut song or poetry with Mbhasobheni and Twisty in September 2020, titled "Ngangingazi" (I didn't Know), which attracted a lot of attention from the locals, who applauded his enormous skill.
