In 2007, he won the official Frantic DJ contest representing Johannesburg.

An avid collector of four-to-the-floor bangers, Vaughan's passion is heavily shaped by the 90s rave scene, Derek The Bandit's 5FM shows, and inspiration from his brother, DJ Acheron. To create tonight’s masterpiece, he has dusted off his beautiful Technics SL1210s (which he has owned since 2006). When he isn't running his award-winning audio post-production company, Finaltrax, he is a true purist of the groove. Get ready for a monumental journey on wax!
