PALESA AFRIKA
Palesa Afrika is a female group from South Africa Johannesburg Alexandra.
The movement was formed in the 2018,our purpose is to break the silence of abused women and children across the globe.
Palesa Afrika is tapping on the almost forgotten sound to teach the new generation where we come from as South African music industry.Our sound gave birth to most of new genres, we are also a movement that fights against women and children abuse locally and aiming to expand nationwide and Globally.
We support and empower one another as women as well as wishing to share our own personal stories with the world and engage with women and children on a personal level leaving a healing mark to those who needs it.
Most or our performances were at Mmino Nokeng , and in 2019 we had a choir called Duze Nomshikashika from Netherlands, we ran some workshops with them.
We are currently recording our first album and now our first single called Hembe is now out on all platforms.
