One of our talented local food vendors will be serving succulent Lamb Spit Burgers, prepared using locally produced lamb sourced from the Dullstroom and surrounding Highveld farming community.

Slow-roasted over the spit until perfectly tender and packed with rich, smoky flavor, each burger celebrates the exceptional quality of locally raised lamb and the passion of the people who produce it.
