The game is called empulse, made by the same guys who made Splitgate and after downloading the demo and play it for like 3 hours, is good and bad. if you are 25 and older i would like to say is not worth it for you. Is simply Splitgate without portals but with crazy movements.

Let me break it down. First with everything good about it

• shooting or gunplay feels smooth and satisfying just like Splitgate
• wall running is smooth together with the grapple and sliding feels good
• operating the mech feels owk

And this is what i didn't like about the game

• it feels like it was built on top of Splitgate, replacing portals with wall running and more movement speed.

• the movement speed is nothing i have ever experienced before and although it feels good it still have that Splitgate arcade floaty feel in it which sucks

• The whole thing is so chaotic with no clear direction on what is going on and if your fast reaction juice is not pumping you won't even get eliminations because on top of that the fast TTK you die before you even react, since the game is chaotic, player be running around like headless chicken with no strategies and plan to carryout the objectives.

• The gunplay is straight from Splitgate you can't even ADS

• similar to something like The Finals the game have that Cartoony graphics that i am tired of at this point, games always end up looking like mobile games. Is Splitgate

• the smaller maps or maps with smaller passages are really bad once the mechs shows up, the mech feels out of place it doesn't belong in there, i think after they mads the wall running movement they just felt like adding a mech to make it like titanfall for baiting Titanfall fans who are crying for a third game. The mech itself is fine but very weak one player can take it down.

The game Is another arcade shooter with potential that skill gap will destroy few weeks after release and a bait to Titanfall fans 🤷🏾‍♂️ and Arcadefying the titanfall movement doesn't help at all.

Epic Games CEO Tim Sweeney believes many new multiplayer games are struggling because players don’t want to leave the friend groups they have already built in games like Fortnite, Call of Duty, Counter-Strike, and Apex Legends.

According to Sweeney, only massive hits that appear every few years can convince entire communities to move to a new game. He says this is one of the main reasons why many recent multiplayer releases have flopped

To address this, Epic plans to make Unreal Engine 6 more interconnected.

My personal take is that yes is true but changing Unreal engine into a platform is not the solution. He is still obsessed with the idea of Metaverse and Roblox
