What a tournament. What a finale. What a season to remember.

The 2025 FNB Varsity Cup gave us packed stadiums, historic moments, record-breaking players, and a finish that couldn’t have been written better — a Cape derby in front of 15 000+ roaring fans.

From Mascot Madness to Makhaza magic, this season had it all.

Want to share our space?

We have a fantastic open plan office space with coffee bar, WiFi (backup for WiFi during load shedding) and lots of creative spaces to breakaway and/or meet up. ASEM House has a reception, ladies and gents’ bathrooms with shower facility and various desk seating options from bar height/standing, multi-desks, to coffee shop style area and some private little cubicles for anyone looking for a separate space, there are lockers which can be used to store things and a rooftop area which can be hired for functions/events.
