Creative Writing: Poetry Workshops

Creative Writing: Poetry Workshops Creative Workshops: Poetry from my home either Saturday mornings or Wednesday evenings. Some writing pulls us into its world and makes us believe absolutely in the fiction, poem or personal memoir.

We forget our own circumstances as we are “there” for the experiences we are reading about. How do writers convey this vital sense of the moment? How can we develop our own abilities to depict such immediacy and such transience? Each session will consist of writing exercises designed to bring us into the moment, starting with an experience of the senses. After editing practices there will be time
