If you forgot to stock up on beer for the weekend NEVER FEAR!! Breweries, micro distillers and wine farms are allowed to sell take-home booze.
Stock up at the Woodstock Beerhall on cases of beer, or get your growler filled for the weekend.
Come for HAPPY HOUR 4PM-6PM and it is R25 a pint of Born Slippy Lager.

It's just getting more and more difficult and scary out there. Thousands and thousands of people are facing the day or going to bed starving. Children are not just starving they are terrified. Then add the violence women and children are being subjected...
This post isn't to make you feel bad, I know you are struggling too. But please share the fact that Woodstock Brewery is feeding tens of thousands of children and adults DAILY with volunteers but electricity, equipment, food EVERYTHING costs money. If you know any corporation, company, multinational etc that could possibly commit to donating substantially on a monthly basis then please ask them to contact Andre at Woodstock Brewery. I know everyone is sick and tired of doing the governments work for them but our people are starving and dying while government is busy trying to hide the TRILLIONS that they have stolen.
These are my opinions and not that of Woodstock Brewery. I'm just one of many South Africans that believe together anything is possible.

While everyone is dusting off their equipment to start brewing beer again, I was surprised to find Woodstock Brewery continuing to pump out high quality, nutritious soups for the starving masses of hungry people.
It's a tough industry at the best of times but I have got to tell you that seeing these volunteers and brewery staff chopping and prepping veg for the big kettles is a sight to behold. Obviouzly I would love to see some (if not all) of the great Obviouzly Armchair family picking up some brilliant beers from the Woodstock Brewery premises or placing an order with them.
There is still a long road to go, so please be safe and take care of yourselves and your community.
I'm proud and honored to do buissness with and work with people of this caliber.
