Looking for an upbeat class to keep you warm this winter? Then look no further 🔥🔥🔥

Our Wednesday 5:50pm Sculpt class is a fun, high-energy workout that combines strength and conditioning with a Pilates-inspired fire flow. It includes weight-based training, as well as therabands, loop bands, and small balls to build strength, tone muscles, and improve overall endurance.

The class also incorporates cardio elements to keep the heart rate up, making it a full-body workout that is both effective and enjoyable. Think of it as a barre and Pilates-infused Sculpt session — structured, strong, and fun! 🎉

If you feel you need a little reward after your Sculpt class, just stay a little longer and join the 6:45pm Stretch and Release class 😉😉

What an incredible day filled with talent, passion, and hard work! 💖 You should all be so proud of yourselves.

Every single dancer received 85% and above and has qualified for the finals on the 6th of June!

Its time to prioritize your Stretching routine! No matter your choice of movement you need to add the same commitment to your Stretch and Release programme to support your cardio or weight training.

What are the benefits of stretching ✨️
