There is a part of this space that comes from a very personal place

In 2020, I went to an exhibition by Madame Kyou in South Korea

Her work is centred around rest, presence and feeling

And experiencing her art was one of the moments that shifted something in me

It reminded me to pause
To feel
To reconnect

That day stayed with me

And from 2020 until now,
I have carried that moment with me

In many ways, it led me back to myself
And to God

We’ve stayed connected since then
And having a piece of that influence in this space means more than I can explain

I’m truly grateful for that moment 💛

이 공간에는 저에게 아주 개인적인 의미를 가진 부분이 있습니다

2020년에 저는 한국에서
Madame Kyou 작가님의 전시를 보게 되었습니다

그분의 작품은
쉼, 존재, 그리고 감정에 대해 이야기합니다

그 작품을 경험했던 순간은
제 안에서 무언가를 바꿔놓은 순간이었습니다

잠시 멈추고
느끼고
다시 연결되는 것을 떠올리게 해주었습니다

그날의 기억은 지금까지도 제 안에 남아 있습니다

그리고 2020년부터 지금까지
그 순간을 마음에 간직하며 살아오고 있습니다

어떤 면에서는
저를 다시 저 자신에게,
그리고 하나님께로 돌아가게 해준 계기였습니다

그 이후로도 인연은 이어졌고
이 공간 안에 그 영향을 담을 수 있다는 것은
말로 다 표현할 수 없을 만큼 큰 의미입니다

그날에 진심으로 감사하고 있습니다 💛
