It’s with real disappointment that I have to announce the cancellation of the upcoming car show event called MayFest.
From my side, everything was fully in order, and I took every possible step to make this event a success. I also have clear evidence to support that all preparations and responsibilities on my end were properly handled.
Unfortunately, due to circumstances beyond my control—factors that were not managed or decided by me—the event is unable to move forward. As a result, cancellation is the only option at this point.
I understand how frustrating and disappointing this is, and I sincerely apologize to everyone who was looking forward to attending.
All ticket holders will be fully refunded. Refunds please contact Quicket as we believe that it were already processed, and you we can't say when your money will reflect in your accounts as the Ticket master has it's own processes. For Chalet Bookings and Stall payments please contact Mero for refunds.
