In 2011, I picked up a pencil and began drawing purely for enjoyment, without giving it much thought. I simply sketched whatever was in front of me—dogs, a tree, a vase of flowers—keeping it straightforward. I can still recall the excitement I felt about that drawing, not because it was perfect or artistically impressive, but because I created it myself. It became, and still is, a reflection of who I was at that specific moment. Now, I recognise how significant that first drawing is to me. Even though my skills have improved and my understanding of art has deepened, that same thrill remains: LOOK AT WHAT I DID!
