It's been a while since I've worked through a whole box of canvases in one day! 🎨📊 Every canvas traced and prepped for tomorrow's accountant team-building event. The numbers are balanced, the canvases are stacked, and we're ready for an irrelephant amount of fun! 🐘✨

I can't wait to see this herd of accountants swap spreadsheets for paintbrushes and create some unforgettable masterpieces together.

Sometimes the next day a painting comes back for a little “reality check” touch-up… because let’s be honest, this one was giving California burning more than California dreaming.
Thank you for sharing, Sandri — your control of red and shading is seriously next level. There’s something special about stepping back, laughing at the intensity, and then refining it into exactly what it was meant to be. That’s where the magic really settles in.

Last night was a late one, but the kind that leaves you tired in the best way — a proper start to the week, challenged, stretched, and maybe even cursing halfway through the brushstrokes, but still showing up for creativity anyway.

“Cadillacs in California Dreaming” took us on a bit of a trip, and a big thank you to Nicky for getting our brains firing and our imaginations working overtime. So impressed with everyone’s end results — each canvas telling its own story of focus, patience, and a little bit of creative chaos along the way.

A challenge overcome is something to truly be proud of. Watching doubt turn into confidence, and hesitation turn into something beautiful on canvas, is what makes nights like these so special.

A little later than usual, but here is our June calendar! 💙🎨

Life has been a bit of a whirlwind lately with me being a little dizzy Lizzy, and one of our wonderful Passion addicts busy conquering exams. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Some paintings tell a story beyond what we see. 💙

Elana helped me with this one because she is an absolute pro with her glue gun! Just look at how beautifully the stained-glass effect turned out. This design was originally created for a fundraiser with the DeafBlind South Africa , where the raised lines allowed blind painters to feel the shapes and follow the artwork through touch.

It was such a special project and a reminder that creativity should be accessible to everyone. Would you like to try a textured painting like this at one of our events? ✨🎨

Thursday night was our Throwback Thursday Paint Anything Night... and when we say anything, we mean anything! 🎨✨
What a wonderful evening filled with inspiration as our painters revisited some of their favourite paintings from years gone by. It was so special seeing everyone choose pieces that held memories, stories, and a little bit of nostalgia. Some of our ladies even dug deep into the vault and brought back paintings from 2024!
There was plenty of laughter, creativity, and fun around the tables, and I think we can all agree that Christine definitely needed a night like this. ❤️
As the Soccer World Cup played quietly in the background, our painters were busy creating masterpieces, sharing memories, and making new ones together.
Thank you to everyone who joined us at Sporting Globe Hillcrest for another unforgettable evening of painting, friendship, and creativity. 🎨🥂

Our second painting in the Big 5 Series was the majestic lion 🦁✨
Mine somehow ended up giving "baby lion" energy — slightly domesticated, probably sleeps on my bed, and definitely thinks it's the king of the house! 😂
One of my favourite parts of the evening is watching each lion develop its own personality. It's amazing how a few finishing touches to the eyes can suddenly bring them to life and tell their own story.
A big thank you to Holly for all your assistance and support throughout the evening. ❤️

✨🧚‍♀️ An evening of dragonflies and whimsical gardens bursting with colour. 🧚‍♀️✨
Dragonflies remind us that change can be beautiful, that light can be found even after the storm, and that joy often appears in the simplest moments. Watching these gorgeous paintings come to life around the table was a reminder of why I love what I do.

To my amazing Passion Painters – thank you. Your kindness, encouragement, and support mean more than I can put into words. I don't always find the right things to say, but please know how grateful I am for every smile, every conversation, and every evening spent creating together. 💙🎨
