A captivating storytelling session was held on 1st February at the Rajiv Gandhi Centre, University of Mumbai, as part of Urdu Jalsa 2026, a prestigious literary & cultural festival in Mumbai.
Young poet Ishtiyaq Asar performed the timeless satirical masterpiece “Kutte”written by the legendary poet Patras Bukhari, bringing humor and powerful social commentary alive for the audience.

This session celebrates the richness of Urdu literature and the enduring brilliance of Patras Bukhari’s satire.
