We have a new, free download in support of teachers, caregivers, and parents of kiddos on the spectrum at Teachers Pay Teachers! This particular 38 page packet focuses on color as organization, instead of as feelings. Zones Of Regulation can be difficult to learn when a person is still seeing color as order, not as representations of emotions.

The goal is to help reach a state of calm to be able to sit and learn. We hope this packet can start a conversation about what our bodies are doing when we are excited or overwhelmed, what that means, and what we can do to calm down.
