Tips are supposed to be earned not given. If you’re not going above and beyond to serve the customer, then you shouldn’t expect a tip at all. This person should be lucky I even tipped and now I’m regretting it.

What is a proper tip for poor service? This server should be grateful that they got anything at all. The food was delivered late.

The entitlement is crazy. This server is saying that my tip is too small and that if I can’t afford a big tip, I need to go eat fast food. They even went so far as to write a negative message on my receipt.

Always check your receipt people. On this receipt, I noticed at the very bottom I was charged extra because the waitress said that my order was complicated. If you’re gonna charge me extra for the complicated order then why charge me extra for the additional individual ingredients?
