Bewilderment -
This is the word that for me was a quintessence of the discussion and weekend. Through the weekend I caught myself myltiple time in that state of émerveillement enchanted by the moment in nature:
green leaf,
flower,
sunlight,
wet grass,
snails,
birds -
all those sensorial, non-verbal presences - brought me multiple times into the state of wonder, where I was pierced by the moment, by its quality, colour, smell and sound, and nothing else existed.
Falling out of habitual human ways of thinking and being and passing by.

Perhaps, cracking the code of that passing-by state - into bewilderment by nature - is the real change we need and look for.

So thankful to share this bewildered journey with Michael Helland Hiatus, Daniel Linehan Flavia Antoniazzi Arnout, Thula and others…

On June, 21st, in the morning, you can join us to experience ENTANGLEMENTS - a participative performative route around Donderberg.

In a way it is a landscape of practices and rituals: some proposals are site-specific and performative, while other invitations are collective and open. We are currently preparing the route together with (land connection practitioner and route guide), (performer and eco-somatic facilitator), (performer and dance artist).

The route invites you to explore the edges of Donderberg in Jardin du Fleuriste. Today I visited Jardin in preparation for the route - and got enchanted - by the colours, flowers and greenery.

I obsessed myself by observing and photographing flowers, their colours, forms and diversity.

Tatiana Galibus is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer, and facilitator whose work interweaves somatics, ecology, and collective care. Her practice explores the body as a site of listening, healing, and transformation.
Her work is driven by one truth: we are not separate from this planet. We are earth, we are ocean, we are movement - a living breathing planetary process, in words of Emilie Conrad. And when we embody that, deep change happens.

Sarah Cavenaile is a Brussels-based Belgian performer. Known for her expressive and inventive style, she blends pole dance with other art forms, developing a strong choreographic and improvisational voice.
In 2024, she created Point Barre, a theater and pole dance piece currently touring street arts festivals in Belgium. She also performs with Tatiana Galibus in the duo Origamies.

Brieuc Guinard is a French dancer, choreographer, and improviser whose practice bridges instant composition, trance states, and somatic awareness. Brieuc’s artistic voice is rooted in transformation—through self-induced trance, deep somatic listening, and improvisational rituals that explore the cyclical and the unexpected.

🌿 Listening Weekend at Donderberg
April 11–12
A weekend dedicated to practices of eco-somatic listening — exploring how we perceive, move with, and relate to the living world around Donderberg.
Through movement, shared attention and dialogue with the more-than-human world, we invite participants to slow down and experience the territory differently.
On Saturday (April 11), artists and facilitators gather in an intimate circle to share and experiment with practices of ecological listening, including movement, species-inclusive awareness, and dialogue with nature.
On Sunday (April 12), the public is warmly invited to join. The day begins with a sensorial perimeter walk around Donderberg, followed by a slow shared brunch. The afternoon continues with practices exploring expanded states of awareness and connection with the living world.
These activities are open to neighbors, curious visitors, and people of all ages. No experience is needed — only curiosity and a willingness to slow down and listen.

This Saturday Modus Vivendi team was present at the stand of for a sensorial placemaking workshop.
We explored the traces of more-than-human through touch, smell, soft gaze, listening and memories -
Engaging in meaningful conversations about the leaves, branches, soil and composting!
