"Tell us who you are and how you’ve started creating music.
Who were your first musical influences that you can remember? Who inspired you to start producing and who is
still inspiring you nowadays? Why?
I always liked classical music. As a kid a played the violin for many years and was very fascinated by harps and
medieval instruments. In my late teens, I came across drum’n’bass and liked it immediately. I was able to learn
the basics of djing trough some friends, and starts looking into building my own taste in drum’n’bass which turned
out to be more on the hard side, I would play techno on the side but not in public. Over the years I developed the
interest on production, because I was always missing something in my techno sets, I knew exactly what I wanted,
but unfortunately I lacked the self-confidence to start producing.
My friends are the source of continuous inspiration, I am also lucky enough to be surrounded by ever creative
producers such as: Monolog, Rory St. John, Swarm intelligence, CTRLS, Veronica Maximova, Ankubu, and
organisations such as Eclectique that always try to encourage it’s artists to grow.
What would you like to achieve with your music? What does success look like for you and where/in which
contexts do you see your music being played?
Whit my music I would like to transmit unspoken words, I would like to bring something that is not just a heavy
kick, or a well programmed patch. This days, anyone can make a heavy techno tracks with a computer and some
minimal requirements, so being only technically able is not enough. Having a lot of fancy gear is not enough. I
would be happy if my music was versatile and could be played in various music styles. That’s what I tried to
archive with the podcast I did for you.
To be honest I don’t know what is success in music, it’s probably more a personal goal a self-gratifying moment
when you finish something, you crated something.
Outside of music, what inspires you? We’ve heard you’re into vintage fashion, why do you like this brand of
creativity and how do you relate with it?
I’m inspired by the city life, Berlin and it’s people. I am generally inspired and fascinated by craftsmanship, that’s
why I’ve got so interested in vintage. The time and effort people back then, had to put into producing the simplest
things, reminds me of the process I go through when producing music. Finding new sounds, making samples,
refine them and construct something on the bases of nothing, it’s a tailor-made process for each track. I see this
exact process in the handmade clothes that I treasure from the 1920s or 1930s, knowing how much time and
effort it took for a person to make such objects, makes me feel compelled to treasure them as much as a I like to
treasure vintage synthesizer.
Is there any specific feeling, idea, moving factor behind the creation of your new release “Infirm Past” to be out on
OBSCUUR Records?
The predominant feeling is frustration. When producing “Infirm Past” I wasn’t well. After an accident, I suffered for
years with chronical pain, dizziness and fainting. I was often blocked at home, not having the chance to go out
and do things as I used to, I started to not feel normal to feel like an infirm. My only escape was music.
By producing tracks, I saw I could accomplish something.
The track “Hospital bed” for instance, is produced with field recording samples from my very own Hospital bed.
When I was operated, my husband had the idea to come at the hospital and record the hydraulic mechanism of
my bed to cheer me up.
Since I always try to implement meaningful field recordings to my studio production, this was the perfect addition
for the last track. Objectively that release, is a very honest representation of my feelings. By releasing “Infirm
past” I feel I can finally move on with my life and archive this period in the form of music.
Any short-term or long-term plans for the future? How did you handle this awkward period and how are you willing
to continue facing it?
As you probably understood, I am no stranger to staying home, so I am not particularly defeated by the current
situation. I am keeping up with production, like all other producers the gig schedule has been freed up, so my plan
is instead of complaining, I’ll invest more time to finish collaborations, improve my knowledge on modular
synthesis, and upgrade my dj and Live skills.
As for releases, I am finishing a collaboration with Monolog, focusing more on electronic and broken beat sounds,
which will be released on a very interesting experimental electronic label from Los Angeles, Evar Records. The
label strives for a more genre defying hybrid musical space, and is operated by Aurat09 and Trickfinger. Their
releases will not disappoint any Jungle, breaks and forward thinking electronic music fan. "

Born in Greifswald and moving to Berlin at a very young age, Laura Wagner a.k.a Aynaet always had a strong connection with nature, being forest adventures and stargazing some of her regular activities with her dad as a child. By the time she was 9, Wagner developed an obsession for percussive instruments while forming part of multiple Budhist drum circles, doing her part with her personal favorite, the Djembe. Not long after that, she wanted to explore more, becoming a drumer, studying mainly deathcore and hardcore rhythms.
Laura fell in love with hard hitting and complex rhythms. That led her to discover Drum n´ Bass. Influenced by artists such as War and Allied, Aynaet started to grow her music collection, on her way, bumping into Burial, artist who catched her eye with his singular character and way to evoque dark and melancoholic atmospheres.
The DJ/producer, has shared stages with Drum n´ Bass exponents such as Kyrist, Hyroglifics and Wintermute and is currently working on her debut material, taking action on the visual side as a photographer as much as in the music making side.

Eclectique x Art Bei Ton Here there needs to spend a little more words.. a year ago, thanks to Hannah, I could attend the performances created by the students of the dBs Music Berlin, not only a music school but also a place where to create is a most. in which to give space to the imagination and transform it into something is what is asked, together with the discipline of knowledge. and that's what Eclectique wants to present and is always looking for: the concrete projection of our inner vision. that could be sound, that could be visual, art, silence, but expression in its most eclectic form. Eclectique proudly introduces: Lorenzo Bove, with one of his thousand crazy genius projects: ---'' transforming images into sound''---------- during the event, you will catch ihm! you can send your photo or any image and receive its avatar's sound! some info more and this amazing gift of the sound of eclectique! Some specific words: Portrait.mp3 is a project by Lorenzo Bove. Lorenzo Bove is a sound engineer, musician and programmer who investigates the aspects of perception and correlation between sounds, images and spaces. He works with 00l0 collective and collaborates with Eclectique. Portrait.mp3 is both a python program and an interactive experience. Portrait.mp3 is a project aimed at translating images in sounds through python. The audience will have the chance to give an image (.jpg or .png) and receive the audio file translation back.

Eclectique introduces Q [Interactive Installation] Can Space be defined by Sound? Can an architectural space be built using sound as building material? Q is an overlapping of architecture and the world of sound. Sound is an acoustical stimulus comparable to the visual one, which allows spatial perception: space-through-moving-sound. The spatial perception is achieved as a result of the continuous movement of sound. Eight loudspeakers are distributed according to a specific spatial distribution in such a way that the sound, traveling between the loudspeakers, defines an abstract and magmatic environment; a space without defined boundaries, an undefined block of sound, like a solid place surrounding the user. A device gives the chance to interfere/interact with the continuous mutations of the surroundings: sight is excluded, the only way to explore space is by touching the device and hearing the feedback coming from the sound environment. Q is a process of learning It’s aimed to initiate the individual’s process of experiencing space from an unexpected point of view. Each user could be able to feel how acoustical changes influence his perception of space, to orientate himself inside an unknown territory. Q is not a space for producing music. It is an instrument for producing space with sound. Q is an empirical experiment. it’s a laboratory focused on the study of the relationship between spatial perception and sound, between sound-space and its building material, between science and art. Q is a learning process. It is aimed to initiate the individual’s process of experiencing space from an unexpected point of view.
