What happens when improv meets an amazing place and a wonderful concept? 🌿

According to Inbal Lori… - magic.

Breathing. Creating from within. Playing in nature.
And yes — enjoying the beautiful place, the weather, and the food too.

No wonder she’s so excited about it.

Get to know the second impro trainer of the retreat!

Felipe: the body as a playground.

Performer, director and teacher with over 20 years of international experience, Felipe brings a deep passion for the moving body and its expressive power.

His artistic path brings together physical theater, acrobatics, clowning, improvisation, and object manipulation — all rooted in curiosity, presence and play. 🤸‍♂️
For Felipe, the body is not just a tool, but a living territory of creation, transformation and connection.

At Impro Spirit Retreat, Felipe joins us as a coach to guide a journey of embodiment — through nature, silence, and improvisation.
A space to return to the body, awaken its wisdom, and create from what’s alive in the present moment.

Breathe. Move. Feel. Flow.
🌀 The body knows the way.

🌿✨ Meet Inbal ✨🌿

We have the pleasure to introduce you to our first improv trainer of the retreat:

From Berlin to the most creative corners of the world, Inbal has dedicated her life to improvisation as an art of freedom and transformation. With over two decades of experience and a journey that has taken her across Europe, North America and Australia, she has discovered that improvisation is not just about creating stories in the moment—it’s about shaping the way we communicate, connect, and present ourselves to the world.

Her approach, Human Communication, invites us to see improvisation as a powerful tool for growth, trust, and embracing the unexpected. At Impro Spirit Retreat, she will guide us in exploring our authenticity, trusting the present, and realizing that sometimes, everything we need is right here, right now.
