D. MICHAEL O'DELL is a composer and lyricist in the BMI workshop and a 2022 graduate of BerkleeNYC (MA in Writing and Design for Musical Theatre). Jazz pianist and piano bar entertainer: Fraunces Tavern, The Flatiron Room, The Monster Bar, Stonewall, and Don’t Tell Mama. Collaborative accompanist: American Academy of Dramatic Arts, NYU Tisch, and Marymount Manhattan College. Music Direction: In the Mood (National Tour / director Alex Sanchez), Into the Woods (Caldwell Theatre), Sunday in the Park with George (Theater 2020); Brighter Than the Sun (NYTF). Off-broadway: Pinkalicious. As a composer, lyricist: The Crimes of Dave, WEIRD, The Velocity of Arrows, The Reunions.
