Ready to dance to the beat of your own rhythm?! There are no steps to learn in Conscious Dance - its all about letting the music move you. Experience this free-flowing dance practise weaving through the elements of mind, body and soul, guiding the emotions in our cellular body to rise to the surface and release into the wild. Each session will be run as a 'workshop' fusing free-flowing dance with

therapuetic exercises/tools so that you receive the healing benefits of dance, leaving you with a lightness in your soul, a freedom in your body and a HUGE expansion in your heart. Absolutely no experience with dance required. There are no steps to learn - there is no right or wrong - you have the ultimate freedom to express yourself and BE YOU! PRACTICAL INFO:
Please wear comfortable clothing that you can move around in. No need to book. Just come along! :)
